Incoming calls drops

I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for nearly 20 years, but I’m reaching my breaking point. For the past 3–4 months, I’ve had to call Verizon Tech Coach 6–8 times regarding the same issue: my line not receiving incoming calls.

I’ve already turned off all spam blocking, caller blocking, and call forwarding settings, and I don’t use Do Not Disturb or Focus mode on my iOS device. This issue has persisted across two different phones (an iPhone 12 Pro and now a 16 Pro) using the same phone number. I even upgraded my phone hoping to resolve the problem, but nothing has changed.

 

Every time I contact Tech Support, they reset my network, reactivate the eSIM, or try to sell me unnecessary add-ons that don’t address the issue. On top of that, I’m usually connected to someone in another country who either blames my phone settings or dismisses the problem by saying similar issues happen where they are.

 

I’m beyond frustrated. After two decades of loyalty, I’m seriously considering switching to another carrier. This level of service is unacceptable. I need help or I will just take my 5 lines to a different carrier.

Thank you for raising your concerns in regard to your incoming calls, we want to make sure we're aligned with the troubleshooting that has been done. Do you recall if a network ticket was opened with them?
