I am new to Verizon as a personal customer I had used Verizon previously for business. However now my personal cell is also my business cell I work from home and use my phone periodically throughout the day. For the last week or so I continually have dropped calls both indoors and outdoors. I have a galaxy S5. Coverage map shows full 4G LTE at my address there have been several times to where I have had to reset my phone in order reconnect to the Verizon network what am I missing?

Not being impressed with online support so far zero response from Verizon and I don't have time to be on hold all day and the call will most likely be dropped anyways

Have you used other phones on Verizon Wireless at this location with success before the Note 5?
Also, check to see if the "Advanced Calling" feature is activated on your phone & let us know your findings.
