There is no outage map. Can you call Customer Service from another phone at 1-800-922-0204 to report the outage?

There is this! Unfortunately, it is provided by a third party and not in real time. It has to be down +24 hours before it appears and likewise after the service is restored it may take days to be cleared.
Thank you - After talking with verizon tech support they suspect the sim or the phone to be at fault. Just got it a couple of days ago so will take it back to verizon store at lunch time!
