My Pantech will not work, I called customer service and was told there is a 4G Nationwide outage. Is anybody else seeing this?
4G service is indeed out at the moment due to updates; this will also impact 4G devices in general. You will not be able to gain access to them, even for 3G service, until the service is brought up again.
