When connected it works nicely.
Problem: If I am connected and get busy with something that pulls me away from the Macbook for several minutes when I return it is no longer connected. I go to VZAccess Manager and it shows "connected", but I'm not connected. The timer isn't moving and any attempt says I'm not connected. It seems like the only way to reconnect is to shut down my Macbook and turn off the Jetpack and start over. Sometimes that doesn't work if I do it too quickly. This seems silly. Can anyone provide advise about this or is this as good as it gets?
Thanks
I am having the exact same problem when using it with my iPad 2. Any answers from Verizon?
