I purchased the jetpack so my family can have wifi. I also have unlimited plan for my droid. I am now being told that I have used my 10 mb of 4G service and will start using 3G service. If we're gonna play that game I will pick up my ball and go play in some else's yard.

We want to make sure that all of our customers with unlimited data can have a quality experience on the network they've grown to love. Our Unlimited plan provides 10GB of 4G data to jetpacks and once that amount has been met, you are slowed to the 3G speeds for the remainder of your bill cycle. To review further details regarding this, please view Topic 9 in the Unlimited plan FAQs http://vz.to/2lnBX06. If you need more than 10GB at high speed, you have the option to move the jetpack to a sub-account so that you can place it on a data only plan.
