I've checked my address several times on the Verizon website for LTE Home Internet Service. It keeps showing coverage is not available, but I live in a housing development and the address of the house on my right can get home internet service and the address of the house on my left can get service. I don't understand why service is not available at my address. My house is not new construction, it has been here over 20 years and all 911 address changes were completed years ago. I've tried both Verizon chat and calling directly and no one can give my an answer as to why my address isn't available. Any suggestions?
