LTE Network Extender not Connecting with Router

I have been using a Verzone LTE extender in my home for several years with a only a few connection issues.
Most recently I have lost cell coverage in my home due to the LTE extender not being able to connect with my router.
I have not touched my LTE extender or router, and my router is one provided by Frontier with its fiber optic internet service.
I have reset both the LTE extender and the router with no luck.
This happened about a year ago and neither Frontier nor Verizon were much help when I called for support. Frontier said that my services was in place, and Verizon told me to just continue to reset the LTE extender, which I did about 10 times.
Finally, I gave up and the next day (overnight) the problem resolved itself.
Any thoughts or suggestions here on steps I can take to resolve the issue this time?
