About 3/4 weeks ago, the LTE service around my house started having outages. It would slow to a crawl, then lose LTE completely. 3G would kick in.
I contacted VZW over twitter just to ask if there was an outage, and they ended up sending it to the "network group." Shortly after that, LTE came back again, and I got a text saying it was resolved. Nothing else.
Ever since, LTE has been horrible. It stays on, but the speed keeps jumping from 0 to 300~ kb/s. Before this, I could get a reliable 3mb/s constantly.
I'm pretty sure something has happened to the tower around here, as I've tested it with multiple LTE phones and am getting the same result on all of them.
Now, I live a few miles out of town in a somewhat rural area, where I assume not many people connect to this tower. Is there anything else I can do to get it looked at more thoroughly?
Thanks

My zip is 38372. My phone is a Nexus 6, on Android 6.0 Marshmallow(did it on the previous OS 5.1, and 5.1.1 as well). I've tested it on another Nexus 6 I have access to, on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
Thanks.
