I've never had this problem until today. All of a sudden my phone started displaying 3G and cell connection is down. I called 611 and the recording says to follow the link texted to my phone. I click on the link but phone says there's no cell coverage during a call. I'm lost. I can't get Verizon on the line for technical support. Anyone else having this problem in Thousand Oaks Ca?
Ajani, having a reliable signal is a must. We do not have any known issues there in Thousand Oaks. Are you still having issues? Where specifically are you seeing issues at (closest intersection)? Do you notice a difference in signal when you are away from that area?
