There are no devices showing under parental controls in my admin login. how do I get them to show so I can manage who is accessing the internet and when???

This service is horrible. The internet is bad. The FREE 30 day return has a $50 restocking fee so it's not really free. Every time I try and have a discussion with Chat it takes forever for them to respond, they don't have any answers and eventually they just disconnect on me. Buyer beware. Bad product, misinformation about cost and horrible customer service.

Honestly I gave up. Regular support isn't helpful and they told me I need to connect to Verizon Tech but disconnected on me when I asked if there was a cost for that added support so it never went any further than that. The Ping on the LTE is way too high for my son to use his Xbox for online gaming. He gave up after about 4 hours. We reset and tried again and it never got any better. I have a NetGear modem/router through spectrum and when I logged into the Admin account all my devices show up and I can easily manage what needs to be on and off. Its not perfect but I don't have to manually add all my devices.

Are you saying you ditched the Verizon LTE Home Internet service and moved to Spectrum Internet?
