I travel to PR a lot, recently I upgraded my phone to 4G LTE as well as one of my daughters, the other daughter still on 3G. Just went to PR last week and both 4G devices can receive text and phone call but no internet or data, the 3G phone had no issues. I called support and they made some changes on their side and got connectivity but it was flaky at best. I know that Verizon has a partnership with the local provider so why the LTE issue has not been addressed? I heard a couple behind me at the airport with the same issue, Verizon, please fix the LTE issue in PR so eevn if we have to be in 3G mode our data and internet will woirk.
