Little-to-no VZW Service

We are looking at some new houses, but there is virtually no service there, and nothing higher than 3G if you can even get it. Is there a way to report this so it can be addressed? The maps show it as having service, but multiple visits indicate otherwise. I looked on the site and see nothing to report this.

You have to call customer service and tell them.
