Just recieved my new lte extender and it's showing a 5a error code... help frustrated with Verizon horrible service lately !!!

You may have to call Customer Service, 800-922-0204 and ask to be transferred to Technical Support to ensure the MAC ID of the extender has been added properly to your account in the server(s). It is not automatically added to the network servers it is trying to communicate with on startup. You can also try 888-262-1999 and navigate to technical support by saying 'network extender'.
