I have a note 3... Yes I need to upgrade - however my wife and my Mom, both of whom are on my unlimited plan, have new phones and their speeds are FLYING fast and mine practically died after switching to the new unlimited plan. Verizon, fess up.... Tell us why you're messing with the data speeds on older phones? Trying to force customers to newer phones?? Seriously... Ive done everything asked of tier 2 service reps and still no better. I've been a customer far too long to tolerate this nonsense!
