So on Saturday 4/1/17 I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. Purchased the LG G6 and to my amazement... this network is slower than molasses (when it's available). New phone, unlimited plan, never more than 2 bars of service anywhere I've been all weekend, and terrible data speeds.
I live in 60540 and work in 60502, I haven't seen more than 2 bars of signal on my new G6 unless I park next to a tower, literally. Absolutely no 4G coverage inside my 1 story office building.
So i figure I'll head outside and check. 2.16 MBPS download speeds outside less than 1 mile from a tower ( I can SEE it). This is pathetic. Hello 14 day cancellation period. Looks like I won't be getting that free TV that lured me over and back to T-Mobile I'll be headed. Let's see if you can fix this in 12 hours.
and GO.

Shhh did ya hear that? That was the sound of your window of opportunity closing. Couldn't even retain a customer for 72 hours. You really think I'm gonna sit on hold with customer care for hours after leaving a network I had no issues with in hopes of joining a better one? Time to blast social media. Seems to be the only way people like to listen. Back to T-Mobile Friday. Keep your free TV, I'll buy a nicer one with the $30/mo cheaper service they offer with a 4G LTE network you can actually connect to.

J2P2, the last thing we ever wan to see happen is you leaving Team VZW after just making the switch over to us. We are here to help out. When you have a moment, please send me a DM message so that I may help review over your service experience. I have sent a Follow request to help make a DM possible. Thank you, J2P2.
