Very Disappointed in new Moto X; the signal meter on the phone say -128, which I guess means I am not getting a strong enough signal. Often the phone will say "no service"
Verizon has no explanation so far....other than to send the phone back.
You deserve great service. Allow us to get to the bottom of your service concerns. I want to make sure there are no reported issues in the area. can you please provide me with the zip code you are experiencing issues in? Are issues indoors only or both indoors and outdoors?
