My 4gLTE service is way slower now that I updated to KitKat 4.4.2

Has anyone else noticed that 4gLTE has become slower since KitKat 4.4.2 Update? I use a Samsung Galaxy S3 and before I could watch videos fine, but now in the same place I always watch, it loads some, plays some, buffers and over and over. I hear that the Kitkat Update 4.4.4 will take care of this issue. Is this true? and if so, when will it come to Verizon?
