My Service has degraded over the last 2 month now I am only on 3G Zip 28734

I have sever using my MiFi, Have been working fine on 4G until 2 months ago, has been degraded to the point I have shifted to 3G to work. I have had many trouble calls with Verizon and no one can answer why, I am in a marginal area but like I said I have been working at 4G for over a years, now it is so bad I had to shift to EDVO 3G. The help desk has no answers, one tech said it could be a Governmental reg in place to throttle the internet in my area. I do not have any other option since DSL is to slow and I use a VPN so  Sat Internet is not an option. Any body has any ideas?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues at that location, NickWorkingInWNC. Are the speed issues occurring primarily at home only, or is this experienced everywhere in 28734?
