Hello. I have been a customer for years and I never have connection issues. I have been living in my place for roughly 10 yrs and for the past year my signal has been poor, 1-2 bars of network, dropped calls, no signals. What happened? Verizon is expensive and i stayed with you because your signal is reliable. Now, even some places i have no signal and its terrible. Terrible, terrible. Whats going on verizon. #verizonbadconnections #badsignal
Has your neighborhood had a lot of people moving into it over the past year? Because this sounds like the towers are getting bogged down with traffic. If your signal strength improves late at night, it's network congestion.
