For the past month, our once reliable cellular service has been terrible. We have the unlimited start plan, and while it worked well for the past several months, we now have difficulty with all websites and data speed are almost always below 10mpbs....we had reliable speeds of 20-30mpbs for over a decade with Verizon.
During the peak of the pandemic, we had no issues....
I last week visited NY and had speeds of 50-110mpbs every day.
We are literally in view of the cellular tower from my back yard.
Verizon's only answer is its congestion .....well as a company we pay to provide a service, we do not want to hear "its congestion", provide the service or do not take peoples money for a service you cannot reliably provide.
Is this perhaps Verizon trying to move all its customers to more expensive plans or 5g???
We need a fix here in Winston Salem.

I am a consumer myself so I understand having reliable service, xipotec. I would love to help to see what is going on. First, let us troubleshoot to see what is going on. What is your main intersection? Are you connected to WiFi when you have this issue?
