NCQ1338 router - no service

Setup up the internet gateway router for LTE home service, but it doesn’t have a signal. i can connect to it, it shows a solid white LED saying it has a signal, but that’s it.  Logged into the settings and it says it’s “unregistered”.  Cannot get any help from Verizon.

Six months later - EXACT same issue! EXACT same lack of effort on Verizon’s part. It’s ridiculous

That's not what we want at all. I know how important it is that you can start enjoying your service. We're glad to help. Do you get any error when trying to connect things to this device? What steps did you take to activate that?
