NO 4G in VA

Since two hours ago, no 4G, i had to manually switch to 3G and which was working till 5 minutes ago

What's going on? I need a refund on my data plan for each day that 4G is out!

Actually no refund is required as you are not paying any more for 4G service than you did with 3G and 3G is still there.

Yeah, if that was the case. I had no 3G as well.

4G is out in northern virginia right now as well!

First of all, what's the point of the setting that has LTE/CDMA option. That setting never works, we have to manually change the setting to CDMA to get 3G data. Second, why did I upgrade to a 4G LTE phone when all I'm using is 3G? I was doing just fine using 3G in my last phone
