Network Registration Denied

I am having connection issues.  I downloaded vzaccess manager for UML 290 from CD and received error message "network registration denied".  This message occurred when asking to recognize device.  How do I correct this iisue?  It is very frustrating.  Can anyone help?  FYI:  Operating system is Windows 7.

Your VZAccess is too OLD.

 

go to http://www.vzam.net download the latest software. Uninstall the decades old from CD. And install the new one.
