New 4G Network Extender

My old Verizon 4G Network Extender made by Samsung works PERFECTLY. Crystal clear calls. But Verizon will no longer allow them to stay activated. With the new network extender, I get full bars, but the other person on the call's voice sounds terrible or sometimes I can't hear them at all. They can hear me just fine. I've tried different phones, routers, modems, a replacement extender. NOTHING helps. The new extender is just awful. And the solution is so simple: Bring back the old one that had ZERO problems. Or at least ALLOW it to be used if a customer wants to and it's the only thing that WORKS for them. Please use some common sense to solve a big problem for your customers, Verizon. Please.
