30 day old Charge drops every call after 10-15 seconds. Local Verizon store admits the phone has a technical issues and agrees to sent a new phone. Two days later get a refurbished phone in the mail. After paying $300 on a new phone that's defective for 30 days Verizon says they will only provide a new phone for 14 days. You should receive a refurbished phone when the original phone is only 30 days old. The is very poor customer service/support. I do not recommend the Charge or Verizon.

I've owned the Charge since June and in the past 2 weeks it's been dropping calls like crazy. Funny enough, it drops calls only with other Verizon Wireless subscribers. I'll go to the store this week.
