I just bought a new Moto G7 Fast and swapped in my old sim card and the data speeds are absolutely awful if I'm using my mobile network. This phone flies one my Wi-Fi with download speeds of over 130mb consistently but if I'm off Wi-Fi my speeds drop to in the 1-2mb down and up both. I have only done the basic system updates, reset the networks, and I'm not sure what to try next. I just want to get usable speeds out of this phone. My old Moto E5 Go was substantially faster than this one is and it was a $30 phone...What should I try to remedy this?

Probably because it's a cheap Motorola and Moto phones aren't that fantastic.

I would recommend getting a new SIM Card to put in the device and activate. You can pick one up in store for free, or call Customer Service at 1-800-922-0204. You can also order one with us online at www.vzw.com or by leaving us a Private Note here. We are available @VZWSupport on Twitter or Facebook as well.

Thank you for the reply, I'll go by my local verizon store and get a new sim card and see if that helps.
