No 4G LTE Service - Addison, TX Zip Code: 75001

I'm a new Customer and the speeds on the Verizon store were great but when I'm at work in Addison, I don't have a 4G signal just 3G.  I thought Verizon had coverage in the Addison area or is there a service issue?
