No 4G on google fi Moto G7 for verizon android update 10

I had Moto G7 Versions from Google fi and Amazon. I had Verizon on Google FI version. Which was working fine until Android 10 update. After update it always on 3G network. Is there network set up from verizon need to be done to reset LTE networks. How to verify LTE settings are properly set on the device. I switched SIM to Amazon version of Moto G7 it is working fine.

on Amazon version of Moto G7, I see the following settings

Mobile Data On ( settings>Network&internet>Verizon>, Also from drop down on main screen)

APNs set VZWINTERNET

VoLTE is on

Signal strength -110 dBm 30 asu ( settings> about Phone> SIM status)

Mobile Voice/Data network type  should be LTE

I got speed test of 14mbps-47mbps/2mbps -7mbps Download/upload.

On google fi Moto G7 version I am not seeing option VoLTE on .

Signal strength -110 dBm 30 asu ( settings> about Phone> SIM status)

Mobile Voice/Data network type CDMA-1xRTT /CDMA EvDo rev A.

Is Verizon can set these above options set or what is the reason for these setting on Google Fi Moto G7

When providing a factory unlocked device, we cannot guarantee the compatibility of the following services:

- Visual Voicemail

- LTE Video Calling

- Enhanced Address Book

- Voice over WiFi (aka Wi-Fi Calling)

- Integrated Messaging

This doesn't mean those services won't work. We just don't guarantee it. For some users however they can obtain a software update or get a new SIM Card which will update their APN settings in their device and the option will suddenly appear making it available for them to use.
