All day my wife's Iphone and my Razr have been in only 3g with one or no bars, we normally have great service at our house. Is there a problem here in Kansas City or did something happen to just our account.

Nothing was reported in the area. Which model iPhone does your wife have and which model Droid RAZR are you using? Have you tried removing and reinserting the 4G SIM Cards? Have you experienced this problem at multiple locations in the Kansas City area or just at home? Lastly, how is your service when you are outdoors? Please let me know so I can further assist. Thanks!
