I have ZERO data at (address removed) Chicago IL 60601
My iPhone5 says I have a full LTE signal but cannot send or receive data. I've tried removing sim, resetting network settings and even visiting an apple store to see if it was my phone. Found out other co-workers with iPhone5 are having the same problem. It used to be Super fast with LTE download speed 20+ mbps now it's nothing.
At Home: (60016) Des Plaines, IL-- I cannot make a phone call without it either dropping or person on the line cannot hear me.
I have multiple tech tickets open and have called several times. I shouldn't have to pay for service I'm clearly not receiving.
