I have no LTE coverage at work, even though the map shows coverage. I know the device works because I do have LTE in other places. Is there a number I can call to report this ? I tried calling #611 to no avail.
I know it's important to receive those blazing fast speeds that LTE brings. It's great to see that you have checked the coverage the map. I do want to advise that indoor coverage can often times be challenging. Is the issue only present inside of the work place? I would suggest toggling airplane mode as this will help re-establish a data connection.
