For two and a half years, I have been able to get around 2 bars of 4g coverage. For the last month, not once have I been able to even get 4g,and am lucky to get 2 bars of 3g. It's pointless to even attempt to use my phone as a hotspot anymore, seeing as I can't get any web pages to load. I live in zip code 29180, I know my neighbors are having same issue. I sure wish someone from Verizon would contact me back about this issue and stop ignoring me.
