No or non-existent service in Baltimore 21218

I'm in the 21218 zip code and over the last month we have been dealing with little to non-existent signal in our home-- to the point that we can't even get to the internet on our phones, or send texts. Is there a way to check if there's an issue with a local tower?  Thanks in advance!

My iphone 11 shows LTE with two bars... many times the LTE doesn't even show.  Is there a way I can provide more info on the tower nearby for you to investigate further?
