My house Is in the coverage area for 4G but I get no service or 1x sometimes. No data and cannot receive or make calls. Is there anything I can do to improve service? I need my phone for work desperately.

It is very frustrating when you're not having service inside you house, khodges0324. Let me see what's going on to assist you with getting a solution. Can you please confirm your zip code? How is your service on the outdoors? When did this issue start? Please share some details so this service concern can be addressed.

In addition to Verizon's questions, could you provide the phone model, and advise if other Verizon phones at your home have the same issue? Has your phone always had this problem at your home?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this concern, khodges0234. I know it's very important to get service wherever possible. Most likely, your location is not good for reception for one reason or another. We can take a more in-depth look at this if you contact us through another channel. The reasons this is most likely the case are that other customers also don't get service here, and the previous owner of the home said it's always been that way. In this type of situation, you're going to want to consider all options to connect your phone. Your iPhone 6S is a great device, and it is capable of WiFi calling, which will allow you to use all of your services whenever connected to WiFi. Do you have WiFi in this home?

You could always purchase a network extender. Of course, you would have to have a broadband internet connection in order for it to work and if you already have that and your phone is capable of wifi calling, you could instead just activate wifi calling on your phone in order to send/receive calls via wifi in your home.
