Hello,
I am a long time Verizon customer (going back to when it was called Bell Atlantic in New York) and would like to remain with this provider for the long-term due to its service, it’s deals etc.
With that said, I live in a city called Alva (Florida ZIP Code 33920) and on a good day, I may be able to get one bar of LTE coverage. This is not what I am used to as I am a transplant from New York and I’m used to being covered in 5G everywhere I go. If there is any way to bolster coverage in this area, myself and many others would be much happier, customers.
Why should you care (aside for my complaint)? This area is growing by the day, thousands of people have moved into this community and others and it is not slowing down. This area will be flush with people and new buildings in the near future and will rival Fort Myers in size and population.
Could it be the river or lake nearby causing a problem? Because I've seen posts from others who live near bodies of water reporting Verizon doesn't get along with water. Seems a quirk of the network, as people have said at least one other carrier doesn't have this problem around lakes.
