Obtaining 4G SIM for replacement phone?

Good morning,

My fiance dropped her Droid 3 and the screen cracked. It is still functional but silly. So, I bought a Droid Bionic on eBay. Since she does not have a 4G SIM for the Bionic, what is the procedure for getting her one?
