Our neighborhood is generally well covered but lately has been experiencing intermittent outages, where our phones report good signal but cannot send/receive any SMS or LTE data or place any calls. How would someone go about reporting this and having it investigated?

We never want you having signal issues so I thank you for bringing this up to our attention. What zip code are you in? Are you experiencing these issues indoors/outdoors?

Thanks for the reply. Our ZIP is 48360. Issues occur both indoors and out. To be clear, I don’t believe this is an issue of poor signal, we typically have great reception and speeds indoors, this is more of service just appearing to go down completely at random times.
bspoon, there are no reported outages in this area. Does this happen with all devices at your residence? Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps when this occur such as restarting your devices? Do you have roaming enabled to ensure you always have the best possibility for service?
