4G is down in Salt Lake, both data and calls. And I just finally gave up my land line. And I'm hunting for an apartment and can't even figure out how to get my voicemails to see if I've been approved for my favorite one. I was fooled by the 5 bars showing on my phone into thinking everyone had taken Sunday off.
Escalate, everyone! Here's what to do. Contact Verizon by phone or chat, tell the CS rep why you're calling, and ask to be routed to a supervisor. The rep will do it. If you want to go further, ask the supervisor to put you in touch with a manager. Trust me, they're both likely to be relieved to have one less angry customer to deal with.
OK, now I'm off to figure out how to get my voicemails. Anyone have a suggestion on how to do that on my computer?
BTW, I have no phone service at all. Can't even call Verizon.
