Anyone else on the east coast experiencing a service outage? No phone service for over an hour! What are we supposed to do if there is an emergency??? Text using my Wi-Fi???
Also no service here, going on 40 minutes now. I've been trying to use the verizon online chat from their website, but it won't show up, which usually indicates that everyone is busy. My Fiance and my line is out, my family's line is out, and my brother's girlfriend's line is out, so there are three separate accounts without service currently; strange.
Same here is has been out since yesterday.
I don't know if it's related but I cannot access my account information online. Text message is working ok
Who knows what they are doing !! They are trying to say its an update but an update that takes days to happen ???????? May just be time to switch !!!
