While looking at the Verizon website, I discovered there isn't a way to contact Verizon directly without using this open forum.
I visited the Verizon Service Center in Canton, MI yesterday and, as usual, did not get a resolution to the issue that I went there to resolve. I'm now using the seventh phone in less than a year. All the other phones broke, sometimes within hours after being activated. Each time I went to the service center for service, there was a problem with either the service agent in the store or the service center the agent called on my behalf.
I have two broken phones that need to be returned to Verizon. Fed Ex came to my home 3 times and did not pick up the package but left forms for me to sign. I signed the forms each time and left the package to be taken the next day. When I came home the third time, the shipping label was missing but the package was still there. I attempted to take it to the Fed Ex store, which is out of the way, but the associate wouldn't take it without a shipping label. I went into the Verizon store to get a resolution to the problem. Instead of solving the problem by either taking the phones, contacting the Verizon main office to identify the problem so I won't be charged for the phones, provide me with a label so the package could be sent, or arrange for a label to be sent to me, the store representative chose to be patronizing and condescending and refused to help me. At the end of the visit, I again left frustrated and the problem isn't solved.
Can anyone tell me how to get these phones returned so I will not be charged for them?

Assuming you received the phones via mail order. You should call customer service (*611) to see if they can provide you with a replacement shipping label for the one you misplaced. FYI, all the contact info you need is at the top of this page conveniently labeled as 'Contact Us'.
I was going to ask what this has to do with 4G, but I won't.

Post offices will accept FedEx packages and many have FedEx drop boxes on site. You are out and about drop it off.
If you work where you have a shipping and receiving dept and FedEx is delivered, leave it there and they will pick it up.

Seems we aren't getting the whole story on this one. In addition, I will ask what this has to do with 4G???

The only advice I have for help from Verizon is don't hold your breath. In fact your better to mail them some vaseline so it doesn't hurt as bad when they do you over like they do thousands and thousands of customers daily. Verizon is by far the worst cell phone company I have dealt with. I have had AT&T, Sprint and Cell 1 and I am actually going to move my 4 lines over to Cell 1 and pay the $950 disconnect fees since that is what Verizon seems to charge a month anyway for dumb things and go to a company that appreciates and doesn't take advantage of its customers.
Help from Verizon=Good Luck

I feel your pain, the one located in Athens Tenness is worthless.. Everytime we go there to have something done to our phones they cannot do it, now they tell me they cannot download my SMS card photos and contacts to my new phone because Verizon took their computers away. WHAT!!!!! that is insane, I tell you this much, I cannot wait until March 31 because that is my last day with Verizon... There service has brought them down to such a low level and their offers suck..
