My iPhone 11 pro max is brand new and worked fine for a week then 7 days ago stopped being able to connect to LTE at my local tower and others from aprox 8am till 8pm or so. Verizon sent me an extender unit but it will not connect to that during those times either!!!
Verizon has bee trying to fix for over a week now.
Apple is sending me a new phone on my plan to see if that works but they doubt it is the problem.
We've tried everything.
Is anyone else out there having a similar issue? If the new phone gets the same treatment I'll be leaving Verison because like all of you. I NEED A PHONE THAT WORKS.
