Poor Cell Signal and Service

I am in a community in Nebraska that has had excellent cellular coverage until January 2023. Since January 2023, calls are dropped, calls can’t be completed, our phones and watches display the incorrect times and websites won’t load.   I have contacted Verizon many times this year and there have been no improvements with the service.  In fact this week it seemed to even get worse. 
I got a network extender this year which helped some, but the times on our phones and Apple Watches still have the wrong time and today I had a hard time making a business call even though I have a network extender and have enabled Wi-Fi calling. 
I need to know what the next step is that I need to take to improve our service to what it was prior to 2023. Thank you.

I have received several private messages, but no one has been able to tell me how to get this issue solved.   Please provide our community members with concrete steps on how we can get our cell service working like it was prior to a year ago. 
We are getting concerned about emergency situations. One parent said they were on a phone call with poison control after their child swallowed a substance and the call kept getting dropped. 
Its 2023 our phones should be able to make basic phones calls and my Apple Watch (which I pay for data plan) should show the correct time. I have called Apple and there is no way to set the Apple Watch time manually, it gets the time from the tower when I am away from my phone.  So when I am outside or on a walk it displays the incorrect time. 
We all pay a lot for our phones, we expect them to work. 
And please explain to us why our cell service used to work just fine.
