Poor Coverage in Durham, NC 27707

I cannot dial out of my apartment without immediately watching to wifi. It has been bad since I moved in but has deteriorated in the last 2 days. I tried to call two businesses today and the signal was so bad that the call instantly ended. When the call gets through I can barely hear the other person (and they can barely hear me). What gives??

This is not the experience we want you to have. Our goal is always excellent service that you can depend on. Don't worry, we will get your service working as it should be. Is this happening outside as well as inside? Do you know of other Verizon users with this issue near you? Thanks in advance.
