We just bought a house where the LTE signal is very weak (weaker indoors, but still very weak outdoors). Is there a channel through which to report this and get some assistance?
Congrats on the new house, whoisjoe. I know how important it is to have reliable LTE service. My factors outside of Verizon's control can contribute to service issues. Things like foliage, network congestion, population changes, and building materials can impact service. Is this impacting your calls, data, or text messages?
