we live in Tucson and suddenly having poor cell phone reception. The caller can't hear or the call fades in and out. This happens inside & outside of the house. What can we do if anything to fix this?

We live in Tucson and are experiencing poor cell phone reception as well. Inside and outside of our home, people can't hear us when we talk. Really disappointing when Verizon's coverage map shows we should be getting 4G and we can't reliably make a phone call.
