Poor connection over last few months

My 4g connection has progressively gotten worse over the last few months.  Even using a WeBoost signal booster which worked in the past is barely showing any beneficial results.  Speed tests can range from 3-5mbps on a good day but rarely ever get anything beyond that.  Is there somewhere I can check online to see if there are any towers that are currently experiencing issues?
