Many people here at 103 Church Street, Nanuet, NY having been reporting very poor coverage since about a month ago. Was there a tower damaged?

We just need some additional details as we're not showing any network issues in Nanuet, NY. What service issue(s) is being experienced (calls, text, data or all)? Is the service issue(s) experienced outdoors or indoors? If indoors, has there been any changes to the structure or is there any nearby construction or landscape changes being experienced in the immediate area? How far must you be from the specified location before services improve?
