and work at a high school. I used to be able to stream content on my phone if I needed to. For quite some time now, my phone is essentially useless during the day. I'm lucky to get 1mbs down. I have had chats with Verizon and they have confirmed that the local tower is at maximum capacity. I have had 2 additional chats asking for a time estimate for increased capacity and Verizon is unable to answer the question. As you can imagine this is quite frustrating and totally unacceptable. Of course the question is, "What am I paying for?". Compounding my frustration is that the speeds used to be great. Can you offer any hope for this region or do I need to switch my service provider?
