New account. When I zoom in on the coverage map it clearly shows 4G LTE on my street. This is completely false. I have 1-2 bars of 3G reception whether indoors or out, and many text msgs fail. I have a new Galaxy Note 3 which supposedly has great reception and the latest SW updates. Do I cancel this account or what?

Hi Spaceman210,
We would love to take a closer look into this. Do you mind providing us the zip code of your exact area. How long does it take you to notice service improvements? Have you ever been able to see 4G LTE service on your device? Please keep us posted, thanks!

My zip is 92808-2411. What do you mean by how long does it take to notice service improvements? I have had the phone for a few days and there have been no service improvements. No, I have not seen 4G LTE service on the device ever. I tried changing the wireless setting from GLOBAL to CDMA/LTE/EVDO. There is no improvement in reception with this setting.
